He has built his career over nearly 16 years, from Michelin-starred restaurants in Helsinki and Stockholm to large-scale catering events. Piero\u2019s passion is to create a truly memorable dining experience, where even the smallest details are carefully considered.<\/p>\n<p>His culinary philosophy combines classic and modern cuisine with a strong focus on high-quality ingredients. At Bistro Ego, this is reflected, for example, in the fusion of French bistro classics with Japanese flavours.<\/p>\n<p>According to Piero, the restaurant industry is the best and most inspiring field in the world. Estonia. He has over 18 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including work in several Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe. In Finland, Kim has served as head chef at Michelin-starred Demo and Inari. Kim\u2019s style combines classical French techniques with modern influences, particularly from Asia and Japan.<\/p>\n<p>In Finland, he is also known as the winner of Chef of the Year 2021.
